Ignore
I know I'm going to get flamed for this but here it goes.
Two things I found wrong with the friends system. Some days, or times, I just feel like talking to one person or not to certain people, YET at other times I do. I think it should tell people we are offline if we choose to put them on ignore, or give us some kind of option to choose, so friends don't bug me via phone or email when they realize they are.
Another thing I find this game lacks that others have, unless I have missed it, is the option for only those on your friends list to talk to you. Last thing I need is someone whispering me who I have no interest in talking to, or people I fought with in random arena to want to be my friend.
Sorry if it seems a bit antisocial. I'm sure everyone has times, when farming etc. they don't want everyone in the world bugging them and asking for help yet would want to talk to certain people.

Away-Let's people know you are still online and they still bug you at times!
Do not disturb-Can not talk to people you actually want to at the time.
Ignore-I've had people hop accounts that I didn't even know had another one, just to get on my case about it, which is why I say either say I'm offline to let me turn my chat to friends only.
About the last online suggestion now that I think about it they seemed to have put more concentration onto people on your guild, whether you know them or not, than friends when it comes to last logged on. Assuming you are all in different guilds such as my friends.
Simple suggestion, I would like a cleaner friendlier chat system before you add any more features that I might not even use.

Wait, so you put your RL friends on ignore list?
And it doesn't really matter if they PM you as long as you don't respond.

Wow that sounds bad when you put it like that, saying have moods is much better but yes and I don't want them to know..they get touchy sometimes.

Hm... 'friends only', 'Guild members only', 'Allies only' and possible combinations:
.Friends.
.Guildies
.Allies
.Friends and guildies.
.Friends and allies.
That makes five new options to filter...
As far as i can say, they should at least make it so if you ignore someone, you can't send messages to him.
